Job Summary: Sales and customer service professional responsible for full management of the consortium process, from sales through post-sales and administrative control. Key Highlights: 1. Complete management of the consortium lifecycle 2. In-person and telephone customer service 3. Data and spreadsheet control and organization **Job Description:** ---------------------- Customer service in person or via telephone; Selling consortia and monitoring consortia closed by the team; Registering consortia, issuing invoices, and tracking documentation processes; Monitoring awarded consortia until delivery of the asset; Collecting payments from delinquent consortium members; Controlling and scheduling client bids via system; Updating the CEN negotiation spreadsheet weekly; Updating customer records via system; Conducting technical delivery surveys with customers, as well as monitoring the 3x3x3 experience process; Monthly control of CENs' fuel expense spreadsheet; Updating the branch's Used Equipment List; Reporting daily branch sales; Verifying market share monthly against competitors; Preparing the consortium commission spreadsheet and issuing invoices; Updating the number of completed CENs and GV's monthly on the Advis platform; Conducting customer surveys regarding technical deliveries and service orders; Preparing Evaluation Letters and prospect requests when necessary; Assisting in organizing events related to the sales department **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School Education **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- CNH - National Driver's License Relevant work experience **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- Not applicable **Benefits:** --------------- Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) Health Insurance Plan (Unimed) Dental Insurance Plan (DentalUni) Meal Allowance Childcare Assistance WellHub Life Insurance Mental Health and Well-being Programs Pharmacy and SESC Benefits Discounts at educational institutions And others **Work Location:** ---------------------- M.
