The professional will be responsible for operating soil roller compactors for terrain leveling and asphalt compaction. Responsibilities: * Operate the roller compactor according to received instructions * Level terrain and compact asphalt in accordance with project specifications * Perform basic equipment maintenance * Comply with workplace safety and hygiene regulations Requirements: * Prior experience as a Roller Operator * Knowledge of roller compactor operation * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required * Brazilian driver's license category C or higher
