Technical support, operator training, and supervision **Responsibilities:** \- Develop programs and program laser cutting machines; \- Design production processes for manufacturing parts on laser cutting machines; \- Optimize industrial processes, define cycle times, methods, and work procedures, formulate strategies to solve problems and drive continuous improvement; \- Map activity workflows and identify failures; \- Provide technical support, train, and supervise operators; \- Occasionally operate the laser machine, including loading raw materials and unloading cut parts; \- Assist with preventive maintenance of the machine; \- Monitor production orders. **Requirements** Experience operating and programming Yawei laser cutting machines and using CNCKAD Metalix control software. Basic mechanical training.
