Activities: Implement improvements in the manufacturing process, monitor the production process, provide support to operators and leaders in process improvement. Develop and present the composition of monthly indicators and critical analysis of data. Participate in projects related to quality indicators as well as in the preparation of documents for investments in the production process. Responsible for defining operational route sequences, conducting standard time measurements, calculating efficiency, carrying out work rationalization projects, calculating workload, and preparing production analysis reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, experience in the field, advanced intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, time-motion study (chronostudy), garment production processes, and industrial and process management.
