Job Summary:
The PPCP Technician will be responsible for production scheduling, developing manufacturing routings, cost estimation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

In this **Production Planning, Programming, and Control (PPCP) Technician** position, your primary **responsibilities** include:
* Scheduling production based on production orders and the master production plan.
* Developing manufacturing routings.
* Preparing/approving manufacturing procedures.
* Performing cost estimation for manufacturing, refurbishment, maintenance, and reconstruction of machines and equipment used in pulp and paper production.
* Issuing technical reports to be sent to clients.
* Adhering to company-established safety, hygiene, disciplinary, and other applicable regulations; understanding the company's mission, values, policies, and objectives; following internal regulations and immediate supervisor’s instructions; clarifying any doubts to ensure compliance with current regulations and contribute to personnel development, process optimization and digitization, sustainable development, and improved service to internal and external customers.
* Understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 procedures, instructions, and standards, and applying them daily to ensure company and service quality.
* Monitoring system maintenance and audits.
* Recording and tracking anomalies in systems and production processes, suggesting corrective actions.
* Documenting and maintaining up-to-date production processes.
* Performing other related professional duties as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor.
* Providing technical guidance and leadership to less experienced professionals.
We seek candidates with the following **competencies**:
* Industrial material specifications;
* SAP;
* ABNT technical standards and metrology;
* AutoCAD;
* Equipment and technologies for paper and pulp production;
* MS Project;
* Industrial mathematics;
* Overhead crane, forklift, and aerial work platform operation;
* Inspection of machinery and equipment;
* Intermediate Microsoft Office suite;
* Basic English and Spanish.
We expect the following **qualifications**:
* Completed or equivalent undergraduate degree in Production Engineering or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing;
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract
Compensation: R$5,000.00 – R$9,000.00 per month
