Work Location \- Araucaria \- PR As a **Manufacturing Specialist I**, your **key responsibilities** will include: * + Lead the team within the relevant specialty area. + Master the activities and processes of directly subordinate positions. + Develop manufacturing and inspection processes, describing rational and detailed sequences of operations, machines, and required materials, thereby supporting the factory and production scheduling with logical, efficient, and economical equipment manufacturing information. + Analyze drawings and technical specifications to develop manufacturing processes and bills of materials for physical stock reservation. + Build the product structure by listing physical stock materials (bars, sheets) to be reserved in the warehouse, and develop the product structure via computer to enable material and equipment planning and procurement. + Sketch parts, detailing portions of parts and drawings to facilitate interpretation of the manufacturing process and drawings. + Oversee product manufacturing and the implementation of developed processes, clarifying existing questions. + Participate in meetings with departments responsible for equipment manufacturing, clarifying questions regarding operation sequences to expedite and optimize manufacturing and inspection processes. + Develop sketches for simple parts for repairs, receiving detailed guidance for their development. + Comply with company-established safety, hygiene, disciplinary, or other regulations, understanding the company’s mission, values, policies, and objectives, following the regulations and instructions from immediate supervisors, resolving any related doubts to comply with current regulations and contribute to people development, process optimization and digitization, sustainable development, and improved service to internal and external customers. + Understand ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 procedures, instructions, and standards, applying them daily to ensure company and service quality. + Perform other professional duties related to and inherent in the position, as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor. Prepare and technically guide professionals at junior levels. + We expect you to possess the following **technical competencies**: * + INDUSTRIAL MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS + SAP + ABNT TECHNICAL STANDARDS AND METROLOGY + AUTOCAD + EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGIES FOR PAPER PRODUCTION + INDUSTRIAL MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS + PRODUCTIVE PROCESSES + MS PROJECT + ABNT TECHNICAL STANDARDS AND METROLOGY + INDUSTRIAL MATHEMATICS + Overhead Crane Operator + Forklift Operator + Aerial Work Platform Operator + Machinery and Equipment Inspection (Abraman) + Office Suite (Intermediate Excel) + Basic English + Basic Spanish. We expect you to have the following **education**: Technical education in industrial maintenance or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Chemical), Administration, or Technology in related fields.
