Ensure proper equipment operation and product quality We are seeking a **Mold Changer** to work in the production area, performing mold changes, assembly, and adjustment on injection molding machines, ensuring proper equipment operation and final product quality. The professional will be responsible for preparing machines for production, performing necessary adjustments, and supporting preventive maintenance when requested. **Responsibilities:** * Perform mold changes according to the production schedule; * Carry out adjustments and fine-tuning on injection molding machines; * Ensure equipment is in safe operating condition; * Assist with setup and production startup; * Comply with company safety and quality standards; * Report anomalies to the maintenance department or immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience as a Mold Changer or in plastic injection; * Knowledge of machine adjustments and reading measurement instruments; * Availability to work on Saturdays (if required) **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Meal voucher; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Other benefits according to company policy.
