Job Summary: Operates machines to stamp, drill, or thread metal parts, controlling parameters, quality, and applying safety procedures under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Application of safety procedures Perform stamping, drilling, or threading on parts under the supervision of a supervisor or team leader; adjust and operate machines and tools that machine metal parts; control parameters and quality of parts used; and apply safety procedures to tasks performed. **Competencies for the position:** Organized; basic mechanics course (preferred); hands-on experience operating machines; ability to communicate information clearly; knowledge of products and tools; commitment to product quality; focused; maintenance of equipment in good condition; responsible; attention to personal appearance; agility in facing adversity; accountable; good interdepartmental relationships; process attentiveness; communication skills; clarity in conveying information.
