Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Safety **On-site work availability in Mauá da Serra is mandatory** A food industry company seeks an **Industrial Maintenance Supervisor** to lead the technical team and ensure reliability, availability, and efficiency of industrial equipment. Main Responsibilities * Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities; * Ensure availability and proper operation of industrial machinery and equipment; * Plan and monitor maintenance schedules; * Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, availability, and costs; * Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions; * Manage the technical team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance; * Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Safety; * Control spare parts and consumables inventory; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. Requirements * Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in the food industry); * Knowledge of occupational safety; * Familiarity with extruders; * **Availability for on-site work in Mauá da Serra – PR (candidates from Londrina or Apucarana are preferred, as the company provides transportation from these cities to Mauá).** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$7.554,50 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
