While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under the names Bunge and Viterra. **Activities and Responsibilities:** * Receive product from storage, identify its type, perform cleaning and drying processes, and initiate the grinding process. * Periodically collect wheat samples and conduct simple analyses to verify quality and specifications. * Support packaging operations, if assigned. * Produce blends according to BBR R&D specifications. * Control product volumes as scheduled by PCP, directing them correctly to storage silos. * Measure the volume of bran, flours, and wheat stored in silos using a tape measure. * Fabricate screens for grinding operation machinery (plansifters, turbo sifters, and sassores) by measuring, calculating, cutting, and assembling components. * Inspect the clothings of plansifters and sassores to ensure final product quality. * Participate in unit fumigations. * Support assembly and disassembly of operational machinery and equipment to enable cleaning and sanitation activities. * Perform cleaning and organization of the area. * Contribute to implementing BPS practices at the unit to achieve operational excellence and consequently gain market competitiveness. * Inspect pneumatic system filters, assess bag conditions, and replace them if necessary. * Assist in machinery and equipment adjustment and inspection activities to ensure availability and proper functioning. * Notify maintenance in case of equipment breakdown or stoppage. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures, including participation in lectures and training sessions, use of PPEs, and proper handling of machinery and equipment, among others. * Comply with Environmental and Quality standards and procedures, respecting and following established standards and/or technical norms. * Follow defined protocols and act independently during the process; do not report to your immediate supervisor if you are responsible for collecting products for GMP+ scope analyses. * Use online quality parameter meter data, and where such data is unavailable, collect representative samples for laboratory analysis, enabling results to support process control and improvement, as well as product quality. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Industrial experience preferred; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Cafeteria; * Meal Voucher; * Private Pension Plan; * Commuter Bus Service; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Benefits; * PLR — Profit and Results Sharing (subject to achievement of goals and results); * “Count on Us” Program — Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters; * Partnerships with TotalPass (Gym), MMB Club (Individual Insurance), Dell, as well as universities and language schools; * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets
