Electronic Technician (PLC)

Description

Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for electrical, electronic, and instrumentation maintenance, with a focus on continuous improvement and team management. Key Highlights: 1. Corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance of equipment 2. Knowledge of PLCs, electronic diagrams, and hydraulic systems 3. Development of improvements and cost reduction * **Perform corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on all equipment lines;** * **Perform maintenance of electronic equipment and instruments on workbenches;** * **Interpret and analyze electro-electronic schematics of equipment;** * **Know and perform assembly of electrical and electronic panels;** * **Perform programming on microprocessor-based equipment;** * **Possess knowledge of electronics;** * **Possess knowledge of high-voltage operations at 69 kV and 13.8 kV;** * **Possess knowledge of electric motors;** * **Possess knowledge of PLCs;** * **Perform maintenance on DC, AC, and stepper motors;** * **Perform activities related to converters, inverters, and drivers.** * **Carry out job responsibilities in accordance with the Continuous Improvement Methodology.** * **Know and comply with the Environmental Policy;** * **Comply with the Food Safety Management System;** * **Apply Occupational Safety Regulations and practice all company principles and values in daily work;** * **Ensure implementation of the Quality Policy;** * **Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices applicable to oneself and/or one's activity or department;** * **Observe, guide, and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and elements of management systems related to one's personnel and department.** * **Train new members of the electrical maintenance team;** * **Carry out cost-reduction initiatives, exploring new technologies with suppliers;** * **Develop improvements in the manufacturing sector to enhance machine safety and efficiency;** * **Internal or external role in maintenance and team management** * **Knowledge of PLCs, electronic diagrams, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems** Minimum Education: Technical Course
