




Job Summary: Manage customer portfolios, monitor sales teams, provide feedback, train staff, and plan sales strategies to drive results. Key Highlights: 1. Planning of sales incentives and promotions. **Supervisor Responsibilities** * Monitor and supervise assigned regions as designated by the company. * Plan business trips. * Manage the customer portfolio jointly with sales representatives and provide guidance. * Monitor the performance of assigned sales representatives. * Monitor individual performance of each representative. * Provide timely feedback, even while attending to customers. * Train the team. * Develop plans for sales incentives and promotions. * Assist in creating and planning initiatives to increase sales. * Maintain daily contact with the sales representative team. * Address customer complaints and assess responsibilities. * Comply with company-defined commercial policies. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Relevant work experience * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Driver's License Category B * Preferably experience in sales of machinery and equipment (agricultural – civil construction) **Work Schedule:** * Field-based role with no fixed working hours **Benefits:** * On-site meals * Transportation allowance with 6% payroll deduction * Meal voucher (VR) of R$500.00 * Health insurance plan with 50% co-payment applicable only to the monthly premium * Totalpass * Life insurance Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
