Job Summary: The professional will perform various administrative tasks, including product control, order importation, and system updates, as well as assist with launches. Key Highlights: 1. Control and management of new and used products 2. Assistance with purchase launches and incentives in the TOTVS system 3. Collaboration with the executive board, regional offices, and stores **Job Description:** ---------------------- Reserve new and used products; Daily submission of new and used product spreadsheets to stores; Control of used product loans (reservations and releases); Follow up on unsent sales orders and replacements, or release products for sale; Verify factory orders against customer sales orders to ensure all configurations are compatible; Import factory purchase orders into the TOTVS system; Authorize transfers of new products and update spreadsheets at headquarters and the factory system (DCP); Mark advance deliveries in the factory system (DCP); Allocate costs of service orders (O.S.) and other expenses to used products; Update purchase invoices (NFs) and technical inspection report receipts for used products; Submit monthly information to Assodeere (Monthly Sales and Withdrawals Survey, Inventory Survey, Monthly Bank Financing Survey); Submit the Used Products Controller spreadsheet monthly to the executive board, regional offices, and stores; Assist with purchase launches and incentives in the TOTVS system and other services as needed; **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School Education **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- CNH \- National Driver's License Relevant Work Experience **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Profit Sharing and Results Program (PLR) Health Insurance Plan (Unimed) Dental Insurance Plan (DentalUni) Meal Voucher Childcare Allowance WellHub Life Insurance Mental Health and Well-being Programs Pharmacy and SESC Benefits Discounts at educational institutions And others **Work Location:** ---------------------- M.
