In this role, you will coordinate agricultural operations, monitoring and guiding crop management processes within the sugarcane-alcohol industry, in compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSMA) standards and procedures. We are a 100% Brazilian family-owned, privately held company with 61 years in the market. We are the largest sugar exporter headquartered in Southern Brazil, producing VHP sugar, ethanol (anhydrous and hydrated), and bioelectricity. To achieve this, we uphold our core values: **People, Ethics and Transparency, Safety and Environment, Innovation and Results.** Our team comprises **People** who strive to make a difference and participate in a major transformation process. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate sugarcane harvesting and transportation operations, ensuring productivity, raw material quality, and loss reduction; * Plan and control operational resources (teams, machinery, and equipment), guaranteeing efficiency, availability, and competitive costs; * Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (productivity, losses, costs, and efficiency), implementing continuous improvement actions; * Lead field teams, fostering engagement, development, feedback, and alignment with operational goals and standards; * Ensure compliance with SSMA policies, regulations, and procedures, acting as a safety culture and accident prevention agent; * Support daily agronomic management, respecting planting calendars, operational windows, and recommended practices; * Collaborate closely with partner departments to ensure execution of the agricultural plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience managing crop management processes in the sugarcane-alcohol industry is a plus;; * Knowledge of people management; * Driver’s license category B. **Additional Information** #### **BENEFITS** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Group life insurance; * On-site cafeteria meals; * Employee association; * Housing units under loan agreement (available at select locations); * Performance incentive program; * Meal allowance.
