This person will be responsible for preparing and assisting in the preparation of meals, ensuring quality, standardization, and food safety at every stage, in accordance with the nutritionist’s guidance and the brand’s standards. If you’re seeking a place to grow, exchange experiences, and deliver hospitality with excellence, join us in transforming every guest’s experience! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare meals under the nutritionist’s direction, adhering to cooking methods, quality, storage, and thawing procedures for food items. * Follow technical specifications, respecting portion sizes and quality standards when preparing dishes. * Control food waste. * Supervise personal hygiene, facility cleanliness, and equipment sanitation. * Check organization within the pre-preparation area. * Verify the PVPS (Product Verification and Processing System) for all departments’ products and act as needed. * Maintain hygiene standards for the environment, pre-preparation areas, equipment, and sanitary controls. * Manage kitchen inventory. * Monitor the quality of raw materials and utensils inventory. * Ensure proper maintenance and preservation of equipment and materials used. * Inspect refrigerators and cold rooms. * Debone meats, poultry, fish, and crustaceans in the absence of supervisors.
