Work autonomously and flexibly on dynamic projects **Back-End Developer** We need a **programming ninja** in Java SpringBoot to bring to life everything our clients need — with stability and scalability. Our back-end developer will be responsible for building REST service infrastructure to support all types of interfaces (desktop, tablets, smartphones, or other servers). **Your main activities / responsibilities will include:** * Writing and optimizing code for higher performance, scalability, and speed; * Building reusable code and libraries for future use; * Ensuring technical feasibility of planned features; * Taking ownership of the quality and functionality of implemented solutions **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields **Essential Skills:** * Spring/Spring Boot, or Java EE * JSON * Java REST APIs (JAX\-RS, Jackson/RESTEasy) * Relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) * JUnit * Maven/Gradle * Git * Intermediate English **Desirable Skills:** * AWS or other cloud environments (GCP, Azure) * Continuous integration and delivery tools (CodeDeploy, GitHub Actions, etc.) * Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Application monitoring (NewRelic or similar tools) **What We Expect From You:** * Initiative to develop solutions aligned with the project’s ultimate goals. * Ability to critically analyze projects you are involved in and coherently and substantively defend your ideas; * Autonomy to work independently with asynchronous interactions across the team; * Flexibility to work on projects whose requirements may evolve over time; * Ability to collaborate with teams from different departments and understand diverse perspectives on the project. **Benefits:** * CLT employment contract * **Salary Expectation** * Annual bonus of up to 3 monthly salaries * Health and dental insurance * Access to the Flowing app, featuring a personal health assistant for individualized care. * Meal/Voucher allowance * Transportation allowance * Study, training, and professional development stipend * Spotify and Amazon accounts Job Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: Up to R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
