




Job Summary: Quality Nurse responsible for analyzing notifications, coordinating the NSP, monitoring indicators, developing protocols, and supporting patient safety projects. Key Highlights: 1. Schedule: Flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday Main Responsibilities: * Analyze daily notifications received via the Tasy system, classify them according to event severity, forward them to managers for action plan development, and manage implemented actions through notification recurrence tracking to ensure hospital-wide event monitoring. * Jointly with the NSP (Patient Safety Nucleus), analyze high-prevalence/severity events using the London Protocol and propose action plans for patient-related events aimed at risk mitigation and process improvement. * Coordinate the NSP (Patient Safety Nucleus) through monthly multidisciplinary team meetings, deploy actions, and monitor implementation of this committee’s action plans. * Actively participate in mandatory committee meetings, serving as liaison among all committees to maintain focused attention on patients and clinical safety protocols. * Monitor patient safety protocol indicators via the system, critically analyze data, and organize multidisciplinary team meetings for implementing improvement actions. * Collect data and monitor indicators for submission to hospital-participating projects, using each contract’s checklist as reference. (POA / Hospisus) * Represent the Hospital externally at forums and events related to projects/contracts, clarifying reported reports. * Support clinical projects to ensure Patient Quality and Safety, attending meetings whenever requested to align initiatives. * Deliver training related to onboarding new staff and fostering a culture of quality and patient safety, aligned with processes impacting clinical care and coordinated with DHO and NEP. * Submit notifications to health surveillance authorities via NOTIVISA—containing all information regarding adverse events occurring at the hospital; * Conduct internal audits to verify effectiveness of proposed actions and adherence to processes. * Develop flowcharts and guide departments in their development. * Develop protocols and procedures, assist departments in their development, advise managers, and propose measures targeting continuous process improvement.
