Production Operator II (Third Shift)

Description

Job Summary: The professional will operate and monitor the production line, performing inspections, cleaning, troubleshooting, and supporting maintenance activities. Key Highlights: 1. Production line operation and monitoring 2. Performing daily inspections and cleaning 3. Supporting equipment maintenance ✓ Hand over area tasks and pending items to operators of the previous and next shifts. ✓ Monitor resin unloading used in the manufacturing process by opening the tank valve. ✓ Clean the resin filter, paraffin, sifter windows, and work area. ✓ Check chip level in the silo, sensors, belts, and fans to ensure uninterrupted production. ✓ Resolve various issues on the production line by operating line control panels and requesting maintenance support when necessary. ✓ Collect samples of produced material for laboratory analysis, visually identifying product variations and dimensional control, and record information in the spreadsheet. ✓ Support saw blade replacement on the press, authorizing manual equipment operation. ✓ Support replacement of defibrator segments, assisting the mechanic. ✓ Send saw blades for sharpening and store sharpened saw blades. ✓ Support press cleaning by vacuuming debris to maintain optimal equipment performance and reduce accident risks. ✓ Dispose of unnecessary materials, and maintain organization, cleanliness, hygiene, and order at the workplace.
