Production Operator II (Second Shift)

Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes, performing equipment cleaning and maintenance, checking levels and sensors, resolving issues on the production line, and collecting samples for analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Optimizes manufacturing processes 2. Performs equipment maintenance and cleaning 3. Resolves issues on the production line ✓ Monitor resin discharge used in the manufacturing process by opening the tank valve. ✓ Clean the resin filter, paraffin filter, and sifter windows, as well as the work area. ✓ Check chip level in the silo, sensors, belts, and fans to ensure uninterrupted production. ✓ Resolve various issues on the production line by operating line control panels and requesting maintenance support when necessary. ✓ Collect samples of produced material for laboratory analysis, visually identifying product changes and dimensional control, and record information in the spreadsheet. ✓ Assist with saw replacement on the press, enabling manual operation of the equipment. ✓ Assist with replacement of defibrator segments, supporting the mechanic. ✓ Send saws for sharpening and store sharpened saws. ✓ Assist with press cleaning by vacuuming debris to maintain optimal equipment performance and reduce accident risk.
