




**PBM Analyst – Procurement** We are considered the 7th largest pharmacy chain in the country (ABRAFARMA 2022), transforming the lives of thousands of people every day by offering quality products that promote well-being and health for our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor PBM indicators daily (conversion, sales, rejections, audits). * Ensure proper application of pharmaceutical companies’ and partners’ rules. * Conduct analyses, reports, and action plans to improve performance. * Provide technical and operational support to store and commercial teams. * Perform financial reconciliation and validation of PBM funds. * Address inconsistencies, discrepancies, and audits with pharmaceutical companies. * Implement updates to policies, systems, and campaigns. * Support commercial negotiations and strategies related to PBM. * Serve as guardian of program governance and compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in data analysis, Excel (intermediate level), and control tools. **Preferred Education and Skills:** * Experience with large retailers. * Direct experience in PBM management. * Hands-on experience with PBM platforms and technological integrations. * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools. * Familiarity with commercial routines and the pharmaceutical supply chain. * Prior experience in PBM, program auditing, commercial analysis, or related areas.
