Job Summary: Responsible for performing production and syrup loading activities, ensuring food safety, good manufacturing practices, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Assists other departments when necessary **Purpose and Impact of the Role:** * Responsible for executing refinery production activities and syrup loading, complying with safety, food safety, and good manufacturing practice requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Cleaning and organizing the refinery area; * Performing less complex production and maintenance activities in the refinery and syrup loading, following food safety procedures, good manufacturing practices, safety protocols, and predefined procedures; * Monitoring the process according to quality and safety standards, conducting analyses during process stages, completing specific records, and communicating appropriately with the team and peers regarding actions taken, while also monitoring performance indicators and ensuring process and product quality; * Collecting samples for COD analysis to maintain monitoring of condensate and generated effluent; * Ensuring process control to meet daily KPIs within target; * Assisting the Modhouse and Packaging departments by performing their operators' duties when necessary; * Supporting the shift leader/team leader and area supervisor with information from the process and laboratory to facilitate appropriate decision-making; * Recording shift results and incidents in the daily production report and process control spreadsheets (manual and system-based). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education.
