Focus on continuous improvement and customer focus **Your Responsibilities:** * Supervise the department's operational activities; * Ensure quality and reliability of results; * Monitor KPIs and address non-conformities; * Conduct critical analysis of calibrations and clinical releases; * Manage the team (scheduling, timekeeping, recruitment, and development); * Ensure proper equipment operation and inventory control; * Promote continuous improvement and new practices; * Focus on customer, quality, safety, and internal standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Biology or Biomedicine; * Active and up-to-date professional council registration; * Experience in leadership and team management roles; * Experience and knowledge in the field of microbiology.
