




**Location:** Campo Largo – PR Address: Rodovia Raul Azevedo de Macedo, 4570, Salgadinho, Campo Largo – PR Work model: 100% in-person **Responsibilities:** * Provide internal support to the sales team by supplying information, data, and controls. * Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and price updates. * Monitor orders, deadlines, and commercial terms, acting as a liaison point among internal departments (Finance, Logistics, Billing). * Update sales reports, performance indicators, and commercial controls. * Assist in registering products, customers, and commercial terms in internal systems. * Support customer follow-up processes when necessary. * Ensure proper organization of departmental requests and timely delivery. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in administrative/commercial routines (including internships). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and responsiveness in internal support. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and basic functions). * Aptitude for working with systems and controls. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in distribution, retail, or food industry companies. * Familiarity with CRM or commercial management systems. **Benefits:** * Salary: negotiable; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance: BRL 21.00 per business day worked; * Transportation allowance. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:12 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 18:30.
