Responsibilities: * Initial contact with potential customers (leads) * Active prospecting (outbound) * Lead qualification and identification of needs * Scheduling consultations for attorneys * Follow-up and relationship management with leads * Updating information in the CRM * Support for the sales team and targets Requirements: * Interest in or experience with sales/customer service/commercial activities * Strong communication and organizational skills * Proficiency with WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems * Undergraduate student in related fields Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in lead generation and closing sales * Prior experience in a law firm * Basic knowledge of Administrative Law or Public Servants’ Law * Experience working with targets and performance metrics Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
