Support in finance and procurement of materials We are looking for an Administrative Intern to join the team of a renowned company specializing in technological solutions implementation, located in Curitiba/PR. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes via cooperative; * Perform occasional payroll entries; * Organize and collect equipment, mobile phone, card, and uniform receipt forms; * Conduct onboarding for new employees; * Assist in promoting motivational initiatives, gamification activities, and incentives to engage the team; * Issue invoices, process payments, and perform bank reconciliations; * Monitor receivables and execute collections when necessary; * Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring financial flow; * Procure office supplies, cleaning materials, and other items required for company operations. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Compensation: * Internship stipend: BRL 1,400 + transportation voucher Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate
