Job Summary: Customer service, product presentation and demonstration, store organization, and support in sales and promotions, while monitoring targets and performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring sales targets and performance indicators. **JOB OPENING: SALESPERSON – CARPET STORE** * Location: Catuaí Shopping – Cascavel/PR * Employment Type: CLT * Working Hours: 6 to 8 hours per day (as required by the shift schedule) * Days Off: Assigned per shift schedule * Salary: BRL 2,500.00 \+ sales commission \+ meal voucher averaging BRL 250.00 to BRL 300.00 per month \+ transportation voucher. **Responsibilities:** * Customer service at the point of sale; * Presentation and demonstration of carpets, assisting customers in their selection; * Store organization and product restocking; * Assisting in closing sales and registering transactions in the system; * Maintaining store environment organization and cleanliness; * Monitoring sales targets and performance indicators; * Supporting promotional activities and store campaigns. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in sales or customer service; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Retail sales experience; * Experience working in shopping mall stores; * Interest in interior decoration or interior design.
