Job Summary: Responsible for setting up, programming, and operating Borunte welding robots, adjusting parameters and monitoring production to optimize automated welding processes. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating with production and engineering teams **Summary of Responsibilities:** We are seeking a professional to perform setup, programming, and operation of **Borunte** welding robots, ensuring correct execution of automated welding processes. Responsibilities include parameter adjustment, fixture setup, production monitoring, and improvement of robotic welding processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Program and set up **Borunte** welding robots; * Perform fixture setup and welding parameter adjustments; * Monitor the production process to ensure weld quality; * Correct welding trajectories and optimize programs; * Assist in preparing parts and fixtures for welding; * Conduct tests, adjustments, and validations of new programs; * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in programming and setting up welding robots; * Knowledge of MIG/MAG welding processes; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Familiarity with welding fixtures and parameter adjustments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **Borunte** welding robots; * Knowledge of industrial automation; * Experience in metalworking production environments.
