Participation in continuous improvement and technological innovation projects. **Title:** Senior Process Technician **Job Summary:** The Senior Process Technician is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with technical standards and internal requirements. Acts as a technical reference in analyzing complex processes, proposing continuous improvements, and guiding operational teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze, map, and optimize production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. * Develop and implement operational procedures, work instructions, and production standards. * Monitor process performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Train and guide less experienced operators and technicians, promoting the team’s continuous development. * Participate in continuous improvement, technological innovation, and process adaptation projects to meet new demands. * Ensure process compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality departments to implement technical solutions. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial processes, preferably in complex production environments. * Advanced knowledge of process mapping, flowcharts, and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
