Maintenance Planning and Control Assistant (PCM)

Job Summary: This role supports the development and updating of maintenance plans, registration and tracking of work orders, and organization of information for performance analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in developing and updating preventive maintenance plans. 2. Opportunity to work with work order management and data organization. 3. Support in ensuring alignment between maintenance and production. **Responsibilities:** * Support the development and updating of preventive maintenance plans and equipment inspection routines; * Register and update maintenance work orders in the system; * Track the progress of service orders, verifying deadlines, status, and material requirements; * Collect and consolidate information on downtime, failures, and execution times for performance analysis; * Organize and archive technical reports, checklists, and maintenance histories; * Assist in backlog control, prioritizing pending orders based on equipment criticality; * Monitor and track maintenance material and service requisitions; * Support weekly scheduling meetings, ensuring alignment between maintenance and production; * Support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during maintenance activities. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Technical Education degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Maintenance; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience in industrial maintenance planning and scheduling will be considered an advantage.
