




Job Summary: The professional will handle registration, updating, and tracking of technical support service tickets, assist in deadline management, and provide administrative support to the technical team. Familiarity with Mega and Revit systems. **Responsibilities**: Register, update, and track technical support and post-construction service tickets on internal platforms and systems. Request, verify, and regularize invoices, work orders, and documents related to service requests. Support deadline control, scheduling, and status tracking of service requests, ensuring up-to-date information in internal systems. Perform data entry, completion, and organization of technical and administrative data on technical support platforms. Provide administrative support to the technical team by handling necessary requests, controls, and communications for service execution.
