Job Summary: We are seeking a Mason / Construction Worker to work on civil construction projects, performing masonry, plastering, screeding, and finishing tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork on civil construction sites We are hiring a **Mason / Construction Worker** for civil construction projects. **Responsibilities:** * Perform masonry, plastering, screeding, and floor and cladding installation tasks * Basic project reading and interpretation * Material preparation (mortar, concrete, grout) * General finishing work * Other duties consistent with the role **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a mason * Knowledge of civil construction tools and techniques * Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility * Ability to work in a team **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in residential and/or commercial construction projects Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$2.800,00 - R$3.094,20 per month Benefits: * Dental care plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
