Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling and coordinating consigned bonded warehouse processes, including importation, exportation, documentation, payments, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Foreign Trade and Customs Legislation 2. Work with computerized customs systems (Siscomex) 3. Full control of bonded warehouse process flow **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control consigned bonded warehouse processes at Multilog — Import and Export; * Perform activities related to consigned customs bonded warehouse processes; * Receive and validate customs clearance documents; * Authorize cargo shipments and monitor cargo arrival; * Coordinate port expense payments; * Prepare and register the Bonded Warehouse Declaration in Siscomex; * Issue cash receipts, invoices for port expenses and storage fees; * Monitor processes with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB); * Manage customer balances and International Transport Insurance control; * Prepare and register DUE and DUIMP; * Track insurance claim processes with insurers and attend inspections when required; * Maintain all control reports updated and monitor the regime’s stay period; * Control the entire process flow from order input through bonded warehouse placement, etc.; * General service to national and international consigned customers; * Control and archive documents related to consigned processes; * Comply with company policies and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Foreign Trade or related fields. * Prior experience in this role. * Knowledge of Customs Legislation. * Knowledge/Experience in computerized customs systems — Siscomex. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Intermediate Excel proficiency preferred. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Knowledge of the Thomson system will be considered a differentiator.
