Responsibilities: * Manage **import and export** processes at all stages, from document analysis to customs clearance and final delivery. * Ensure compliance with **customs legislation**, special regimes, Incoterms, international agreements, and internal regulations. * Provide technical support to internal departments on regulatory and practical foreign trade matters. * Update systems (ERP, SISCOMEX, internal dashboards) with status information, KPIs, and schedules. * Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and departmental control systems. * Conduct active **follow\-up** with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers. * Monitor **international shipments**, from freight quotation to cargo arrival and customs clearance. * Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields (completed or in progress).
