Issuance and verification of invoices, packing lists, and specific certificates. 3. Direct interface with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and approving agencies for cargo clearance. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a customs processes specialist to ensure legal compliance and efficiency in the customs clearance of our goods. The primary focus will be technical documentation control and direct interface with customs facilities and approving agencies. Key Responsibilities * **Customs Management:** Prepare, verify, and submit the **DU\-E (Single Export Declaration)** via the Siscomex Unified Portal. * **Technical Documentation:** Issue and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, and specific certificates (e.g., origin, phytosanitary, etc.). * **Agency Interface:** Coordinate with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and approving agencies (e.g., MAPA, ANVISA) for cargo clearance. * **Port/Airport Follow\-up:** Monitor cargo arrival, receipt, and processing at customs terminals.
