Imediatta RH is a company specialized in recruitment and selection of professionals, offering HR solutions to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Overall organization of documents and spreadsheets related to import activities. Shipment follow-up and system data entry. Verification and entry of import shipment documents throughout the entire process. Requesting foreign exchange settlement for invoices due. Requesting and verifying import licenses/LPCO. Order splitting and shipment tracking. Reporting and confirming cargo bookings. Requesting and monitoring cash disbursements to customs brokers. Entering tax information into the system. Entering shipment/expense data for electronic invoice (NFE) generation. Monitoring vessel berthing and cargo presence. Verifying freight costs. Previous roles such as Import Analyst, Import Coordinator, International Trade Specialist, or Import Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
