Main Responsibilities: * Develop legal renovation and construction projects in compliance with requirements set by competent authorities. * Prepare technical drawings and detailed floor plans for approval by public agencies. * Liaise with public agencies to obtain approvals and documentation. * Attend to clients, organizing meetings and technical alignment sessions. * Conduct technical feasibility studies for new projects. * Submit applications to responsible agencies and monitor them until approval. * Create and manage checklists for process and activity control. Requirements: * Completed degree in Civil Engineering; * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Experience in Fire Prevention and Suppression will be considered a strong advantage; * Ability to provide customer service and conduct negotiations with clients and public agencies.
