Main Responsibilities: * Develop legal renovation and construction projects in compliance with requirements of competent authorities. * Prepare technical drawings and detailed floor plans for approval by public agencies. * Contact public agencies to obtain approvals and documentation. * Provide customer service, conduct meetings, and facilitate technical alignment. * Conduct technical feasibility studies for new projects. * Submit applications to responsible agencies and follow up until approval. * Create and manage checklists for process and activity control. Requirements: * Completed degree in Civil Engineering; * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * Experience in Fire Prevention and Suppression will be considered a strong advantage; * Ability to interact with and negotiate with customers and public agencies.
