Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing meals according to prescribed diets and recipes, ensuring kitchen hygiene and organization, and assisting in team coordination. Coordinate assistants and work as part of a team **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare meals following prescribed diets or established recipes to ensure appropriate nutrition for beneficiaries. * Monitor taste and presentation of dishes under your responsibility. * Prevent contamination or deterioration of food supplies provided by the pantry; verify quality and quantity, and handle them appropriately to ensure conditions necessary for preparing healthy and nutritious meals. * Assist in cleaning dishes, utensils, and the kitchen in general. * Perform pre-preparation for the next day's lunch. * Prepare and assemble dinner meal boxes for staff. * Manage inventory of food items required for meal preparation, receiving them according to established norms and instructions to maximize utilization. * Meet with the nutritionist to revise the menu whenever necessary. * Coordinate your assistants and always strive to work as part of a team. * Keep the cold room and cabinets organized and clean. * Maintain order, hygiene, and safety in the workplace, observing applicable norms and instructions to prevent accidents. * Check equipment operation and report maintenance or repair needs. * Ensure proper storage, preservation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, instruments, materials used, and the workplace itself. * Perform other related tasks as required or at the discretion of your supervisor. * Be available to work at events. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in this field. **WORK HOURS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Compensation: R$2.166,00 – CLT employment contract * Transportation allowance or free parking (if using personal vehicle) * Meal allowance: R$520.00 * On-site meals * Hazard pay – 20% of the minimum wage * Study incentive * Gympass * Pharmacy allowance * Growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$2.526,00 per month
