Clarify daily questions and respond to requests via service orders, recording response time. Schedule and deliver system training for new employees during onboarding, and provide continuous support to the clinical team. Manage user access (password and e\-mail configuration and blocking) in accordance with Information Security standards, and test new system versions in the training environment. Understand the institution's strategic map, stay updated on operational changes across departments, and ensure strict adherence to established processes and goals.
