Perform fault diagnosis and provide technical support to customers We are seeking a candidate to ***monitor and support Telecom and IT network infrastructure***! You will be responsible for: * *Taking preventive technical actions to avoid service unavailability;* * *Performing daily preventive checks on equipment and services;* * *Monitoring network infrastructure resources (power supply, air conditioning, access control, CCTV, alarms);* * *Monitoring network elements and telecommunications services;* * *Managing end-to-end service restoration processes upon fault events;* * *Performing fault and alarm diagnosis;* * *Investigating root causes of defects and implementing solutions;* * *Providing technical support to customers, suppliers, and other company departments;* * *Recording faults with detailed history and event handling in incident management tools;* * *Managing third-party services for network and service platforms. **Technical Knowledge:** * Telecommunications networks and services; * VOIP; * Familiarity with monitoring software and tools such as Zabbix, MRTG, Grafana; * Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, IP networks, transport networks); * Support, maintenance, and service delivery processes and routines. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Electronics, IT, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Availability to work the 12x36 night shift schedule. * *We encourage diversity!
