Continuous pursuit of knowledge and complementary solutions Job Responsibilities: The Curitiba/PR branch has an open position for a Technical Support Advisor responsible for documentary technical analysis of tender documents, where: * Daily analysis of documents and product specifications to meet technical requirements outlined in tender documents; * Identification of supplementary requirements related to tender specifications, such as deadlines, accessories, installations, certificates, etc.; * Clarification and resolution of technical queries with issuing authorities / Public Administration regarding tenders to minimize uncertainties; * Tabulation of product technical specifications; provision of technical support during the tender process based on tabulated analysis to relevant internal departments; * Technical follow\-up in cases involving tender award announcements; * Provision of technical support to the commercial and after\-sales teams upon request; * Technical assistance to the legal team for challenging, defending, or filing appeals related to tenders; * Technically “defend” the analysis versus non\-qualified products; * Pursuit of knowledge to understand technical requirements, thereby clarifying doubts or even requirements themselves; * Identification of complementary solutions, such as management software, among possible requirements associated with the products.
