Job: Technical Support and Systems Implementation Assistant Description of activities: The professional will be responsible for performing technical support and customer service activities, including: Installation and configuration of the company's system on customer computers; Configuration of printers and other peripherals required for system operation; Sending manuals, tutorials, and instructions to customers; User support via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms; Basic assistance in resolving questions and technical issues related to system usage; Recording and tracking of support services performed; Other routine administrative and support tasks as needed.
