Job Summary: An on-site technical support professional responsible for user assistance, equipment maintenance, and system support, including VIP support. Key Highlights: 1. In-person user support and maintenance for various equipment. 2. Software and system support, plus VIP support for directors/managers. 3. Telecom activities, equipment rollout, and inventory control. ***\*Technical Support Technician\**** Employment Type: CLT \- Indefinite Term; Business Hours; Thomaz Coelho, Araucária/PR \- On-site. **\*Responsibilities and Duties:\*** The resource will serve as a Field Technician, providing services/support to all end-users of the client on-site, including: Laptop/Desktop support; adding/removing equipment from the asset pool; equipment relocation; printer maintenance (network mapping and guidance regarding the responsible supplier located at headquarters); smartphone/tablet support; external event support (e.g., videoconferencing room setup and other related tasks), with travel arranged and covered by the client; software support including homologation testing of new applications, systems, and microcomputer equipment; VIP support (i.e., supporting regional VIP users such as directors and managers); telecom activities including coordination with data and telephony service providers, rack-level telecom infrastructure oversight, service recovery (data and/or telephony), basic testing prior to telecom team’s site visit conclusion; equipment rollout; inventory management; stock control; and other field service-related tasks. ***\*Qualifications and Requirements:*****\*** Advanced technical knowledge relevant to the functions described above; \- Professional demeanor, given direct interaction with end-users, directors, and unit managers; Strong communication skills and professional conduct; Willingness and ability to travel to other company units and undertake business trips when required; Owning a personal vehicle and holding a valid driver's license is considered an advantage.
