Job Summary: Professional responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and access control systems, providing technical support and diagnosing faults. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized technical support for remote concierge services RESPONSIBILITIES: Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and access control systems. Install and configure access control systems, ensuring effective communication between concierge desks and residents or clients. Conduct operational tests and ensure the integrity of installed systems. Provide technical support to customers regarding the use of installed systems. Diagnose and resolve faults in security and remote concierge systems, delivering specialized technical support. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Completed high school education; technical training in Electronics, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred. Prior experience installing and maintaining CCTV and access control systems. Desirable knowledge of structured cabling, IP camera configuration, DVR/NVR, and switches. Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to provide customer support. Proactivity, organization, and commitment to deadlines and service quality. Driver’s License Category B.
