We’re looking for a **Tech Recruiter** to support our R&D team in selecting candidates for various Technology roles at Trio. You’ll be involved in every stage—from initial screening through interviews—collaborating closely with hiring managers across respective departments. Trio is growing rapidly, and you can be part of it! **Responsibilities and duties** #### **What will this professional do daily?** * Build and manage talent pipelines for different Trio areas (primarily Tech and Product). * Actively hunt and implement attraction strategies via LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, resume databases, and specialized platforms. * Conduct market mapping to identify candidate profiles aligned with current business needs and strategic priorities. * Lead early-stage recruitment activities—including resume screening, initial outreach calls, cultural alignment assessments, and technical interview coordination. * Support onboarding processes and, when needed, integration activities. * Provide day-to-day administrative support to contractors. **Requirements and qualifications** #### **Your profile should include:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration; **Experience:** * Experience recruiting and selecting developers; * Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques; **Management skills:** * Strong organizational ability, experience managing multiple open roles, and adeptness in engaging diverse stakeholders; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  #### **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience recruiting for non-technology roles as well; * Curious, collaborative mindset with a strong desire to continuously learn; * Advanced or fluent English. **Additional information** #### **What we offer you:** * Competitive compensation and incentives; * Hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 remote); * Unlimited sparkling water and soft drinks; * Opportunities and support for continuous learning and skill development—because **your growth is part of ours!** #### **Our mission is to improve financial cash flow using cutting-edge infrastructure.** That’s why we seek out and develop talent and capabilities focused on the future.
