Responsibility for organizing and managing documents The **BônusCred Group**, Cascavel \- PR, is seeking a **Support Operator** to interact with and join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, and email (cardholders, suppliers, and beneficiaries); * Configuration, inventory control, and procurement of POS terminals; * Support to the company's commercial department; * Organization of departmental files and documents; * Creation and updating of registrations; * Issuance of invoices (NFs); * Other duties relevant to the department. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Concentrated attention; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:10 to 17:55\.
