Teamwork and problem-solving under pressure **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform biological specimen collections accurately and safely, delivering comprehensive customer service—from registration through delivery of required information—as well as carrying out specimen triage, preparation, and supporting administrative and operational routines at the unit. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Strong communication skills and courtesy toward internal teams and suppliers Ability to solve problems under pressure. Ability to work under pressure and handle high customer volume. Clear communication and empathy when interacting with users. Basic knowledge of most frequently requested tests. Technical knowledge in clinical laboratory analysis. Technical knowledge of specimen collection procedures. Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS). Ethics, confidentiality, and professional conduct. Basic computer literacy. Organization, attention to detail, and care for documents and sensitive data. Patience, empathy, and a collaborative attitude. Prior experience in customer service.
