Engages in the development, review, and standardization of procedures, work instructions, and records, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with internal processes. Conducts internal audits, monitors resolution of nonconformities, supports certification and recertification processes, and promotes employee awareness of the Quality Policy and Objectives. Monitors performance indicators, controls document review deadlines, and ensures information is up-to-date, accessible, and properly controlled. * Perform analyses and tests on company products or services, following established quality standards. * Identify potential defects or nonconformities in processes, products, or services, proposing corrective actions. * Prepare technical reports summarizing analysis and test results, documenting identified nonconformities. * Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve product or service quality. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing required information and documentation. * Stay updated on quality standards and regulations, ensuring company process compliance. * Collaborate with production teams and other departments, providing technical support and guidance on quality control. * Attend meetings and training sessions related to quality, contributing to the dissemination of best practices within the company. * Propose improvements to quality control processes to optimize outcomes and reduce nonconformities. * Work autonomously, yet under moderate supervision, ensuring activities are performed according to established guidelines.
