Description
Job Summary: Act as a Product Owner in Tax Management, focusing on backlog management, requirements gathering, validation, and product evolution, ensuring delivery quality and timeliness. Key Highlights: 1. Practical and collaborative involvement in the Tax Management product pipeline 2. Focus on product evolution and value-based prioritization 3. Support for commercial licensing of the key product MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Backlog: Act as owner of the Tax Management product pipeline backlog, organizing, detailing, and prioritizing requests jointly with the business area; * Requirements: Gather and document functional requirements and business rules with tax specialists, translating business needs into clear specifications with acceptance criteria; * Validation: Collaborate closely with the tax domain specialist (Domain PO) and domain QA to validate and approve deliveries; * Deliveries: Monitor development team deliveries (Evoge vendor and, in the future, internal team), ensuring scope, quality, and timeliness; * Product Evolution: Build and maintain the GT pipeline roadmap together with area leadership and Product Coordination; * Value-Based Prioritization: Prioritize requests based on business case (financial return or time savings), preparing feasibility analyses for the Product Committee; * Immunity 2027: Support preparation of the Immunity product for its scheduled commercial licensing in 2027 (documentation, packaging, multi-company requirements); * Documentation: Document processes and maintain the knowledge base for pipeline products; * Communication: Report pipeline status, risks, and metrics to Product Coordination and requesting areas; * Work Profile: Adopt a practical and collaborative approach, assuming varied responsibilities as needed due to the pipeline’s early-stage development. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Business Analyst in software companies; * Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and monitoring development teams; * Ability to translate complex business topics into simple technical specifications; * Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and leadership; * Availability for on-site work in Cascavel/PR. DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE * Familiarity with tax or accounting domains (ICMS, ICMS\-ST, PIS/COFINS, ancillary obligations) or demonstrated willingness to learn complex domains; * Experience with B2B products, management systems, fiscal systems, or financial systems; * Experience managing development vendors (software houses); * Basic knowledge of SQL, data, and metrics to support value-based prioritization; * Backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar); * Process documentation (BPMN, flowcharts); * Organization, discipline, and autonomy. EDUCATION Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Administration, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, or related fields. ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES * Prior experience in tax, accounting, or fiscal areas; * Product or agility certifications (CSPO, PSPO, Management 3\.0 or similar); * Prior experience transitioning from support/operations into product roles (orchestrator profile).
