Pedagogical Assistant - RP 18211 - Fiep System (Fiep, Sesi, Senai, and IEL) What are the challenges and main responsibilities? Provide support to pedagogical coordination and guidance in organizing school activities; Monitor high school students, offering orientation, support, and conflict mediation when necessary; Assist in monitoring student attendance, academic performance, and behavior; Support teachers in pedagogical activities and educational projects; Record information and data relevant to academic routines; Maintain clear and welcoming communication with students, guardians, and internal staff; Collaborate in school events, meetings, and institutional initiatives; Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and disciplined environment; Perform other duties pertinent to the role; **Requirements:** What are the main requirements?
