Ensure legal compliance of the construction project We are hiring an **Occupational Safety Technician** to work on civil construction projects. The professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, safeguarding employees' physical well-being and ensuring the project's legal compliance. Requirements: * Technical course in Occupational Safety with active registration; * Experience in civil construction projects; * Knowledge of applicable safety regulations; * Strong communication skills and proactive attitude on-site. * Monitor and inspect safety at construction sites; * Conduct safety training and onboarding sessions; * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); * Complete and organize safety documentation (e.g., Risk Assessment Plan [PGR], Individual Occupational Profile [PPP]); * Investigate and report accidents; * Implement and monitor regulations such as NR-18, NR-35, and others. * Interface with and provide support to the HR department of the headquarters regarding related requests; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from R$3.200,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
